The plugin allows MTU Hoster® to connect to and receive song requests from the SongbookDB network. You can then automatically or manually load song requests into the MTU Hoster® playlist.

  • auto-loads when you open MTU Hoster®
  • DJ has complete control over what gets added
  • simple process for uploading your MTU Hoster® song database to SongbookDB
  • it functions in basically the same way as the Requests screen in SongbookDB Pal, only it allows SongbookDB integration into MTU Hoster®


    What You Need First

    1. MTU Hoster® -
    2. A MTU Hoster® SongbookDB account - click here to register your 30 day free trial (no credit card required up front). NOTE: if you already have a non-MTU Hoster® SongbookDB account, contact us so we can change your account to an MTU Hoster® one (may include a price increase depending on your current account - see Pricing)
    3. Make sure your computer has Adobe AIR installed - if not, download and install it from here:
    4. Download the plugin installer from here:
    5. Download the SongbookDB Pal installer here (desktop app that allows you to set up your song book)

    You get to try Requests out free for 30 days when you register your song book account. After that, invest in a paid account to continue to receive Requests (see Pricing in the left hand menu)
